In an enclosed, bleak future, Carter is becoming the domineering

manager's golden boy - until he meets a woman who has been

smuggling contraband to the shut- in factory workers. Carter must

decide whether to continue an increasingly meaningless existence or

push the limits of faith and logic by venturing outside.
